in her gradeschool years, shannon was a math prodigy. she loved numbers. before long, however, she was confronted with the horrors of high school pre-calculus, and she decided she needed a change of pace. she got an art degree and got a job as a designer, where she met hans. now they live in seattle where shannon designs by day and paints by night.
